As with face to face coaching, we will work together, using person centred and NLP techniques, to uncover the great answers and resources you already possess and guide you towards your goal. Regular sessions ensure we are able to check in on progress and create interim goals, to ensure you’re always moving forwards to where you want to be.
Video coaching can help with a huge range of goals. Everything from relationships with others to getting fitter and healthier or finding a new job. A goal could be very specific, such as training for a marathon or it could be more general, such as ‘I want to work out where I want to be in five years time’.
