Planted sessions take coaching into nature, allowing you to grow in the great outdoors. Planted sessions focus on the same changes and goals you may want to work towards through traditional life coaching, whilst incorporating an element of mindfulness and meditation through connection with nature.
Our sessions take place in outdoor areas with plenty of space to talk privately. They don’t have to be epic walks and we will have time to stop, sit and relax.
A great starting point with Planted is the Light in Nature Package. Consisting of three 1.5 hour sessions we explore a range of the foundations of coaching, whilst harnessing the positive energy of the nature surrounding us. Once you have completed the package you can choose to keep moving forward with further Planted sessions.
