The Light in Nature Wellbeing Walks Package is the perfect introduction to coaching for yourself or a wonderful gift for a friend. A series of one to one walks in which we explore how coaching can help you reach your goals, whilst discovering how nature can help us learn.
During three 1.5 hour sessions we will spend time together as we establish the changes you would like to make in your life and exploring various ways you can bring them about. The distance of the walk can be tailored to you and we will be taking time to pause and use our surroundings to help us learn. I will also be introducing you to some mindfulness techniques, which harness the natural world around us to bring peace and clarity to your thoughts.
Brief overview:
Session 1: We spend time establishing your goals and framing them in a positive way. We will discuss how the language we use influences our lives and the lives of others and learn about using positive language, both to ourselves and when in conversation. During the session we will also explore the fantastic resourcefulness we already have, how perception shapes our lives and gain a greater understanding of the behaviour of others.
Session 2: Revisiting the goals we set in our first session, we will check in on how you have moved forwards. This session will focus on mindfulness in nature and how we can use our sub modalities to change negative memories and create fantastic actions and reactions in the future.
Session 3: Checking in once more on your goals, we will then use this final session to further explore gaining perspective. Being able to understand how someone else perceives the world or our actions can be incredibly powerful in gaining better relationships. We will learn how to view the world from different angles and work on methods to bring ourselves back into a resourceful state when needed.
