Walking Coaching Sessions
The very basis of good coaching is being able to be together and talk. Face to face coaching gives us the chance to establish the changes you want to make in your life and set great goals.
We will work together, using person centred and NLP techniques, to uncover the great answers and resources you already possess and guide you towards your goal. So far, so much the same as coaching whilst sitting in a therapy room - but walking coaching sessions are different. Being outdoors gives us the chance to tune into our bodies and the nature around us, giving us amazing scope to draw mindful techniques from the green space around us.
Being outdoors, moving our bodies allows for a better flow of energy as we talk. We will stroll, pause, talk and be still. If the weather is less than kind we can move part of our session indoors or under shelter.
Walking coaching can help with a huge range of goals. Everything from relationships with others to getting fitter and healthier or finding a new job. A goal could be very specific, such as training for a marathon or it could be more general, such as ‘I want to work out where I want to be in five years time’. Regular sessions ensure we are able to check in on progress and create interim goals, to ensure you’re always moving forwards to where you want to be.
Perhaps you have a difficult relationship with someone and feel stuck on where to go next. Maybe it’s a better work/life balance you’re looking for. Maybe you want to redecorate your house but don’t know where to start!
Life Coaching is also wonderful for helping you manage anxiety. Using NLP we tap into all the reactions your brain has learned to certain situations and experiences and create new behaviours.
