Mindful Swimming Sessions
Do you love swimming outdoors? Or perhaps it’s something you’ve always wanted to try but you’re not sure how to get started?
In our mindful swimming session I bring together my skills as a life and wellness coach and qualified open water lifeguard to give you powerful experiences swimming outdoors. When you swim in cold water you are taking control of your fight or flight system and teaching your body to deal with stress and anxiety in a far better way. Many open water swimmers report being able to manage stress better in their everyday lives once they started swimming.
We will work together to focus on tuning into our bodies to truly listen to all that is happening to us as we swim in cold water. We then turn our focus outwards to immerse our focus and senses in our surroundings.
Mindful swimming is a wonderful way to conquer any fears you may have about swimming in open water, as well as enhancing the experiences you already have.
