Perhaps interactions turn into arguments and you are left feeling upset, angry and unheard. Or maybe you aren’t sure how to open a conversation with others and the words left unspoken are causing you frustration. Confident and compassionate communication will transform these interactions into resourceful and strong conversations.
This two week workshop is perfect for anyone who would like to improve their communications with others. Whether it’s a partner, work colleagues, friends, family, teenagers or total strangers. Workshops can be booked on a 1-2-1 basis or you can join one of our group workshops.
You will learn how listening and communicating with empathy can bring big rewards to your life, creating less stress for yourself and those you care about.
Our two 2 hour sessions we will include the following, as well as focusing on any specific issues you may want to delve into:
Your own behaviours and habits when communicating
Active listening for better understanding
Effectively conveying your feelings and emotions to others
Letting go of blame as an essential tool for good communication
Creating a compassionate mindset when talking to others
The role of representational systems in good communication
How to give yourself space when communication gets stressful
Expressing yourself calmly whilst making your voice heard
Feeling confident when expressing your view to those in authority
