How often have you promised yourself that tomorrow/next week/in the New Year you’ll start living a healthier, happier life? But, why wait? What’s stopping you from starting now?

One of the first steps to that healthy, happy you is to visualise how life will look when you get there. When we work together we will spend time creating really strong mental images and anchoring the fantastic feelings you will get when you achieve your goals.

Why not try it now? Spend 30-60 seconds visualising how life will look. Step outside of yourself and watch your happier, healthier self living their life. How does it look? What does it feel like? What differences can you see/hear/feel within that life? Really focus on all those wonderful images and then…step into them. Instead of watching from the outside, put yourself into that life. How motivated do you feel now?

Wouldn’t it be great to be moving towards that life right at this moment?

I know it’s not always as simple as just making the decision to make changes. Life can get in the way and you can get knocked off track. Sometimes you need a little help to keep you using those amazing strengths and resources you have inside you. As a qualified wellbeing and life coach I will be your friendly mentor and voice of reason. Working together we will form attainable, sustainable goals which move you towards a healthier physical and mental lifestyle.

Weekly, or bi-weekly check in sessions, give us time to talk through your achievements and work past any barriers, keeping you always moving forwards to a healthier, happier you! I use person-centred NLP and mindfulness techniques, which means you’re in charge of your journey, with me there as your life coach and mentor.
